Real product screens from a demo account. Companies, people and ID numbers are fictional; the interface is in Romanian.
Step 1 of 5: Start
The problem
Filing a change with the trade registry — a new CAEN code, a new address, a new administrator — means filling in several official forms by hand, with the same data repeated in each. Business owners do it rarely and lose an afternoon each time. Accountants and consultants do it for many clients and carry the same repetition at scale.
Enter once, import the rest
Users never retype what already exists. A company comes in by CUI or from its registration certificate, and a new owner from a scanned ID. The import screen shows everything that was found and asks for corrections only where something is wrong.

The dossier builds itself while you choose
As soon as you tick a change, the dossier panel shows which documents it needs and why (“CAEN changes require an updated articles of association”). Nobody has to know the registry rules in advance, and nothing is missing at the end.
Two kinds of users, two ways to pay
Business owners file for their own company once in a while, so they pay per use. Accountants, lawyers and consultants file for many companies, so PRO gives them a workspace for all their clients and a better price per generation.

Its own identity, not another SaaS template
Version 1 worked, but looked like any generic SaaS. Version 2 gives GetDoc its own visual identity: a petrol rail, a yellow marker highlight, and the dossier drawn as a cardboard folder that appears exactly when its contents change. The structure, steps and copy stayed the same; only the styling changed, so users found everything where they left it.

How it grew
The first users were partners of my co-founder, who works in this field and brought the business knowledge. Paid ads on Meta and Google took it to 5,000 users in the first three months. The 3–4 hours → about 20 minutes figure comes from what users told us, checked against the app’s analytics.
