Software people use all day, made simple.
I design the products, build the design systems underneath, and lead the design teams that ship them.

I'm Marian. Fifteen years in product, leading since 2015, hands still on the work.
Since 2015 I've led Kronsoft's UI/UX team in Brașov: pharmacy ERPs used across Germany, an AI panel inside a bank's workflow, a B2C meal-plan app, and GetDoc, a product of my own that reached 5,000 users in three months. Good front-end knowledge keeps my handoffs honest.

Company paperwork in about 20 minutes instead of 3–4 hours
I designed and built a product that turns Romanian company-registry filings into a guided flow. It reached 5,000 users in its first three months.

A 40-module pharmacy ERP on one design system, selected by a 120-pharmacy chain
Lead designer on the rebuild of a legacy pharmacy ERP — the design system, the page templates every screen is built from, and back-office reports that say what the numbers mean and what to do next.

AI that prepares a bank consultant for a conversation, without making them wait
For a large retail bank in Central and Eastern Europe, I designed how an AI analysis fits into the consultants' offers screen — when to switch it on, how to wait for it, how to read it, and how to rate it.

I formed Kronsoft's UI/UX team in 2015 and have led it since.
Four to six designers plus the business-analysis team, working across pharmacy ERP, banking and a B2C mobile app. I hire for judgment, keep front-end knowledge in the room so handoff stays honest, and design alongside the team rather than above it.
